FindESL Terms & Conditions

1. Application

   All sections of the application must be completed in English. If you have any questions or concerns please contact FindESL customer service at support@findesl.com.

2. Application fee

   Application fees are non-refundable and required in order to submit the application to your school for processing. The application fee must be paid at time of application or no later than 30 days of the program start date. Application fees cannot be transferred to another program, person, or school in case of cancellation.

3. Payment

   You must have a credit card in order to process the application fee. All credit card transactions will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. Invalid card information or denied transactions will cause your application to be incomplete until payment is accepted.

4. Deadline

   Do not delay in submitting your application to FindESL. Each course has an application deadline that varies from school to school. FindESL suggests submitting your application 50 days or more prior to the start date of your program.

5. Passport

   Once your application is submitted to FindESL you will receive an email to upload your passport information. A copy of your passport must be uploaded in order for your application to be sent to the school. Your passport ensures your application is legitimate. Passport information is not related to your visa.

6. Confirmation and enrollment

   Upon confirmation from your school, FindESL will send you an email notifying you that your application and passport have been accepted by your school. We will send you the name and contact information for the person you will begin to communicate with at your school to pay your tuition and provide additional documents.

7. Customer service

   FindESL will be with you every step of the application process. Once your application is sent to your school you will receive customer service and communication directly from your school. At any time if you have any questions please contact us. Our friendly staff is available from Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Pacific standard time.

8. Cancellations

   Once your application fee is submitted online it is not refundable, even if you decide to cancel for any reason at any time. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by sending an email to support@findesl.com.
